How does the annual plan billing work?

Annual plans provide year-to-year access. Annual plans are paid upfront and will be made each renewal day (the same day of the year that you originally signed up for the plan). Annual plans automatically renew every year. If you cancel before the upcoming renewal date, you will not receive a refund, and will not be charged on the following renewal date and henceforth. If you downgrade to a smaller plan before your renewal date, the remaining balance will appear as a credit on your account which will be applied towards your monthly subscription. The remaining credit is non-refundable.Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel it as provided in the policy.

What type of content can I use?

Trivie can display various content types, including documents, text, pictures, videos, PDF, gifs, and audio files.

What level of engagement can I expect to see with Trivie?

There are many ways to encourage engagement with Trivie, but most of our clients see engagement of over 70%, compared to under 15% for typical learning management systems.

What is micro-learning?

An unlimited number.

How long does it take to implement Trivie?

Trivie is 100% self-service, and our clients launch Trivie within a matter of minutes. Unique to Trivie, our clients can choose between the easy self-service launch or having the Trivie team implement it at no extra charge.

How long does it take to custom brand my game?

Three clicks. Upload logo, upload the optional color palette, and click save. That’s it! Every user’s device will change instantly to the new branding. A great example of how to use branding to extend learning is to update the sales team’s devices with new product logos, so when they log onto Trivie they are focused on the new products. Subtle, but it works!

How do I get started?

How can I determine an ROI when we use Trivie?

Do I need to create new content?

No and yes. No, you can use your current training content, regardless of its format; it takes only a couple of minutes using our simple uploader template. Yes, you can add content at any time (ad hoc or bulk import).
